Between January 7 and 20, ahead of Delhi's assembly elections, Delhi Police registered 439 cases of alleged Model Code of Conduct violations, arresting 15,495 individuals under various laws. Police intensified vigilance, seizing illegal firearms, liquor, drugs, and cash, and confiscating banned injections and silver. Elections for all 70 seats will be held on February 5.
