Five prisoners in Aligarh district jail, convicted of heinous crimes, passed Uttar Pradesh Board examinations in their first attempt. Three passed class 10th and two cleared class 12th. Results have given other prisoners hope. The prisoners, aged between 25-28, are under trial for charges including murder, rape under POSCO Act, and acid attack. They aim to continue studies through distance education.
