💨 Abstract

On Jan 22, security forces in Bijapur, Chhattisgarh discovered eight improvised explosive devices (IEDs) planted by Maoists, averting a potential disaster. The IEDs, each weighing five kilograms, were found on Mutvendi and Pidia road and neutralized by the Bomb Disposal Squad. Maoists often plant IEDs to target security personnel in the Bastar region.
