In Fatehpur, UP, a collision between a mini-truck and an e-rickshaw carrying schoolchildren resulted in the death of an 8-year-old girl and another adult, Sunil Kumar (38). Six other children were injured, with two needing further treatment in Kanpur. The mini-truck driver escaped, and efforts are underway to locate them. The vehicle was seized.
