RPF personnel in Buxar, Bihar, rescued an 8-year-old girl who was allegedly kidnapped from Delhi a few days ago. The accused, a resident of Samastipur district, was arrested. The girl was found on the Delhi-Malda Town train at Raghunathpur railway station. The accused revealed during interrogation that he was planning to hand over the girl to persons in exchange for money.
