💨 Abstract

The AAP government in Delhi has prepared over 1,000 ghats for Chhath Puja celebrations, ensuring that people from Purvanchal do not need to leave the city. This is the 10th year the government has ensured this provision. The festival, dedicated to the sun god, began with a cleansing ritual on November 5, despite toxic foam in the Yamuna River.
