💨 Abstract
AAP MLA Naresh Balyan, arrested under the MCOCA, has withdrawn an application seeking permission to sign election-related documents as his wife is now contesting the upcoming assembly polls. Balyan's bail was denied earlier due to the case being at a critical stage. The judge will hear arguments on the chargesheet on January 22. Balyan was previously granted bail in an extortion case.
