AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh could not be charged in a case related to violating the Model Code of Conduct and the Epidemic Act in a public meeting held in Hasanpur, Uttar Pradesh in April 2021. The meeting, which lacked official permission, occurred on April 13, 2021, and was filed as an FIR by the Station House Officer.
