Jharkhand Chief Secretary Alka Tiwari has urged state officials to address bottlenecks in highway projects, valued at Rs 38,483 crore, to expedite their execution and resolve issues impeding progress. She emphasized the importance of prioritizing infrastructure development, addressing delays, and resolving obstacles such as land acquisition, compensation disputes, forest clearance, and law and order issues.
