💨 Abstract

In Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, the local administration plans to remove religious structures, including a mosque and a part of a temple, from a Public Works Department (PWD) road due to encroachment. These structures have been causing tension since November 2021, when clashes occurred during a court-ordered survey of the Shahi Jama Masjid.
