💨 Abstract

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) raided the premises of Satat Sampada Pvt. (SSPL) and the residence of its directors, Harjeet Singh and Jyoti Awasthi, alleging that the NGO received foreign funds disguised as consultancy fees to influence environmental narratives. The ED found that SSPL's financial records showed a significant turnaround after 2021, with substantial consultancy revenue from foreign NGOs.
