In Maharashtra's Buldhana district, nearly 30 individuals in four villages of Shegaon taluka are experiencing nail deformities. These villagers are currently undergoing medical examinations. The issue seems to be related to high selenium levels, as those who previously experienced sudden hair loss are now experiencing nail loss. This problem was first reported in December 2024 and continued into January 2025.
