The Delhi High Court has reserved its order on Christian Michel James' plea to modify his bail conditions in the Rs 3,600 crore AgustaWestland money laundering case. James, an alleged middleman, is seeking relaxation of a condition that asks him to furnish a surety of Rs 5 lakh and surrender his passport. His old passport expired, and the renewal process might take 4-8 weeks, his plea said.
