💨 Abstract
The Supreme Court has deferred the bail hearing of Christian Michel James, an accused in the Rs 3,600-crore AgustaWestland corruption case, to February 18, 2023. James, a British national, is among three alleged middlemen probed in the case. The CBI and ED have accused him of receiving 30 million euros from AgustaWestland in a related money laundering case.
