💨 Abstract

AIIMS Delhi, with CRPF support, launched the Ashray facility to provide shelter, comfort, and dignity to patients and attendants waiting for outpatient services. The initiative addresses overcrowding and overnight queues by offering free food, clean blankets, and hygienic toilets. Patients are transported via electric shuttle buses and issued tokens to maintain their order for the next day's registration.
