💨 Abstract

In Shimla, a water tanker scam from last year was brought to light in a zila parishad meeting. Zila Parishad member Subhash Kainthala accused the local legislator and the Jal Shakti Department minister of involvement. The allegations, initially found true in a preliminary inquiry, led to the suspension of 10 officers and the case was sent to the Vigilance Department.
