The Nagpur Maharajbagh Zoo has temporarily halted feeding chicken to wild animals due to the death of three tigers and a leopard at a wildlife rescue center in the city, caused by avian influenza. The minister stated that the big cats likely contracted the disease from eating chicken. As a precaution, authorities are inspecting food before feeding animals, and the rescue center has been temporarily closed.
