💨 Abstract
Authorities in Nagpur, Maharashtra, have seized 14.5 crore worth of gold during the model code of conduct for the upcoming assembly polls. The gold, in the form of ornaments and biscuits, was being transported by a Gujarat-based firm without the necessary Election Commission permission. The gold was stopped and seized while being transported from Ambazari Lake to Wadi. Further investigation is underway.
