💨 Abstract

IIT Kharagpur's new acting director is Prof Amit Patra, an alumnus of the institute who previously served as Director at IIT BHU. Patra has completed his B.Tech, Tech, and PhD degrees from IIT Kharagpur and has extensive research and administrative experience. He assumed office on New Year's Day, following the end of V K Tewari's term as director.
