Three laborers died in a fire at a makeshift hut in East Delhi while trying to save a valuable machine owned by their employer. The fire was triggered by a cylinder blast and exacerbated by the use of diesel as a light source. The survivors managed to escape, but the victims, who were locked inside, lost consciousness due to asphyxiation before being charred to death.
