💨 Abstract
The Indian Army has inaugurated two new bailey bridges over the Shyok River in Ladakh, improving connectivity between the Shyok and Nubra valleys. Built by the Fire and Fury Corps Engineers, these 50 feet wide, 100 feet long bridges reduce travel distance by 40 km and travel time by two hours.
