💨 Abstract

A soldier was injured by gunfire from across the LoC in Rajouri district, Jammu and Kashmir. The incident occurred while he was manning a forward post in Kalsiyan area of Nowshera sector. An explosion and three rounds of gunfire were also reported in the area, but no immediate casualties were reported. The cause of both incidents is under investigation. The injured soldier was evacuated to a military hospital for specialized treatment.
