A 48-year-old Army Subedar, Jagtar Singh, died in a road accident in Alipur, outer north Delhi on March 8. He was serving in Ambala Cantonment. The case was registered and further investigation is ongoing. After postmortem, his body was handed over to Army officials for a tribute ceremony.
