💨 Abstract
Ghulam Nabi Azad, chairman of the Democratic Progressive Azad Party, asserted that only the Government of India can restore Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir. He criticized the National Conference and Congress for not speaking on the issue in Parliament. Azad said that there is immense enthusiasm among people for the elections in Jammu and Kashmir, and urged them to vote for development and progress.
