💨 Abstract

Arunachal Pradesh CM Pema Khandu advocated for 'bottom-to-top' planning for developmental projects, replacing the old way of planning. He stated that schemes and projects will be prioritized and recommended by people at the ground level. Guardian ministers and mentor secretaries have been appointed for each district, with a two-day workshop scheduled for all officials.
