💨 Abstract
In outer Delhi, a motorcycle-borne constable was allegedly hit and dragged by a car driver after admonishing him for rash driving. The incident, which occurred around 2.15 am near Veena Enclave, resulted in the constable's death. The constable, Sandeep, was on duty and disguised as a civilian to prevent burglaries.
