💨 Abstract

A third-semester post-graduate resident doctor, identified as Bikash Bhoya from Gujarat, was found hanging in his hostel room at Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed Medical College and Hospital in Barpeta, Assam. The incident was reported on January 22, and the police are currently investigating the cause of the suicide. The body was sent for a postmortem examination, and the reason for the suicide remains unknown.
