On January 11, three bodies were recovered from a flooded coal mine in Assam's Dima Hasao district, where nine workers were trapped since Monday. The rescue operations, involving the army and National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), have been ongoing for six days. Four bodies have been recovered so far, including one on January 8. The bodies of two workers are yet to be identified.
