💨 Abstract

In Golaghat, Assam, a man suspected to be mentally ill has been apprehended for vandalizing idols at two Durga Puja pandals. The incident occurred in Rongajan and Morongi areas on Saturday night, after the celebrations ended. The man is from the Adivasi community, and the motive behind the action remains unknown. Investigations are ongoing to determine if others were involved.
