Suspected thieves broke into the Directorate of Information and Public Relations (DIPR) office in Guwahati, India, early on Sunday. Although no items were reported stolen, files and papers were found scattered. The office is located in a high-security zone, opposite MLA quarters and near the secretariat complex.
