💨 Abstract
The Assistant Commissioner of Fisheries in Nashik, P.D. Jagtap, has been suspended for allegedly traveling abroad while on medical leave, violating a ban due to national security concerns. Jagtap had requested leave due to low blood sugar but was later found to have traveled overseas. Maharashtra’s Minister for Fisheries, Nitesh Rane, ordered the suspension, citing misconduct and a breach of conduct. Jagtap is now restricted from leaving his headquarters without approval.
