The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government in Delhi is preparing to implement its 'Mukhya Mantri Mahila Samman Yojna', a scheme that offers a monthly honorarium of Rs 1,000 to women, after the Haryana assembly polls. The scheme is likely to benefit around 50 lakh women aged between 18-60 who are not government employees or taxpayers, according to officials.
