💨 Abstract
In Kolkata, the prime suspect in an attack on a TMC leader was arrested in West Bengal's Purba Bardhaman district while trying to flee to Jharkhand. The suspect, identified as Iqbal alias Afroz Khan alias Gulzar, had hired another accused, Yuvraj Singh, to attack the TMC councillor Sushanta Ghosh. Ghosh escaped a bullet due to a mechanical fault in the gun.
