💨 Abstract
Two school officials in Badlapur, India, have sought pre-arrest bail from the Bombay High Court after being charged under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act for not reporting the immediate sexual assault of two girls by a male attendant. The officials, the school chairman and secretary, were denied anticipatory bail by a special court. The girls, aged 4 and 5, were assaulted inside the school washroom.
