💨 Abstract
The Supreme Court has directed Arvind Dham, former chairperson of Amtek Group, to surrender in jail by April 8 in connection with a Rs 2,700-crore bank fraud case. Dham had sought an extension of time to surrender or interim bail to undergo an angiography test for his heart condition. The court, however, asked Dham to surrender and allowed him to undergo the test in custody if needed.
