💨 Abstract

A Mumbai court has denied bail to the driver of a BEST bus involved in a fatal accident in Kurla East last December, which resulted in the deaths of seven people and injuries to over 40. The driver, Sanjay More, had claimed the accident was due to a mechanical fault and was unjustly arrested. However, the prosecution argued that no technical fault was found in the bus. The detailed order is yet to be released.
