Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar launched the 'Mahila Samvad' campaign to inform women about state welfare measures for their empowerment. The campaign involves awareness vehicles traveling to districts, facilitating dialogue, and educating women on government schemes. The aim is to educate, inspire, and connect women with resources. The dialogue will take place at 70,000 locations, with over two crore women participating.
