A Dalit leader of the BJP in Pilibhit, India, staged a protest at the district magistrate's office, accusing a local MLA of threatening him over a dispute regarding the construction of an RSETI center. The MLA denied the allegations and claimed the leader was acting for popularity. The district magistrate has promised an investigation into the matter, and the sub-divisional magistrate has been tasked with investigating.
