💨 Abstract

BJP leader Shakuntala Bharti and her committee members have been booked for violating police guidelines by altering the traditional route of a religious procession on Ram Navami in Aligarh, UP. The procession reportedly entered a sensitive locality, causing a scuffle and tensions. The accused have been charged under Section 223 of the Indian Penal Code (disobedience of order duly promulgated by public servant).
