Jharkhand BJP president Ravindra Rai has accused the Congress of disrespecting B R Ambedkar, the architect of the Indian Constitution, by not conferring the Bharat Ratna, the highest civilian honor, to him. Rai claimed that the BJP has always respected Ambedkar's ideology and principles.
