Jharkhand Minister Deepak Birua has called for land-related tasks to be included under the Right-to-Service law for timely completion. He emphasized the need to streamline these services to improve public convenience and revenue collection. A bar-code system for mobile phones to issue land receipts is planned, and efforts are being made to collect outstanding dues from companies and address encroachments along the Harmu river.
