Senior Congress leader Sachin Pilot has accused both the central and Delhi governments of neglecting the city over the past 10 years. He claimed that the people of Delhi have voted for the BJP and AAP multiple times but have not seen any real progress. Pilot stated that the condition of Delhi, with mountains of garbage and increased pollution, is evidence of this.
