💨 Abstract

Kerala Health Minister Veena George was denied permission by the central government to travel to the U.S. to lecture at Johns Hopkins University just three days before her scheduled departure. She had applied for clearance three weeks prior. Previously, in March, the central government also denied access to Kerala Industries Minister P Rajeev and his team to attend an American conference.
