💨 Abstract
The Indian government convened a meeting of Right to Services (RTS) commissioners from states and Union territories to share best practices for improving service delivery. The meeting, chaired by DARPG Secretary V Srinivas, aimed to promote e-services to bridge the gap between citizens and government using technology. The DARPG had earlier curated a similar session at the 27th national e-Governance conference.
