💨 Abstract
Ladakh MP Mohmad Haneefa called for resumption of talks with the Centre over demands including safeguards under the Sixth Schedule. A march led by climate activist Sonam Wangchuk, protesting for statehood, extension of the Sixth Schedule, and other demands, is set to reach New Delhi on Monday. The groups have been advocating these issues for the past four years, but talks with the government have stalled without any concrete outcome.
