💨 Abstract

A court in Chhattisgarh sentenced five men to death for the gang rape and murder of a 16-year-old girl and the killing of her two family members in 2021. The Fast Track Special Court in Korba district also handed a life sentence to the sixth accused. The crime was found to be extremely perverted, heinous, brutal, and cowardly, shocking the collective conscience of society.
