The CBI conducted searches at five locations in Chhattisgarh in connection with alleged irregularities in a state Public Service Commission recruitment examination during the previous Congress rule. The searches led to the recovery of incriminating documents. Seven persons, including the then chairman of the commission, his nephews, a deputy controller, and others have been arrested.
