Civil society organizations have written to DUSIB, expressing concern over homeless individuals in Delhi being denied entry to night shelters due to lack of Aadhaar card and phone number. The organizations argue that this practice disproportionately affects the homeless, particularly during harsh weather conditions, as shelters were designed to provide safety during extreme weather.
