💨 Abstract
CJI D Y Chandrachud laid the foundation stone for the new Bombay High Court complex in Mumbai's Bandra region. The new complex will include features like well-designed court rooms, an arbitration and mediation center, and amenities for staff, lawyers, and litigants. The Maharashtra government has handed over 4.39 acres of land, with the rest to be given in phases.
