💨 Abstract
The Chief Justice of India, Sanjiv Khanna, has released a new case allocation roster for 16 benches. The first three courts, led by the CJI and the two senior-most judges, will hear letter petitions and PILs. The CJI-led bench will handle social justice, election disputes, and arbitration, among other issues. Justice Kant's bench will also hear election-related pleas.
